I feel so sad about the news. Movie screening should be fun where family, lovers, friends spend and share precious moments but it turned to be tragic. Upon reading the headline, I remembered Bane, the antagonist of the movie, The Dark Knight Rises (which the victims' main reason they were there) when he said, Let the games begin. Maybe the suspect, 24-year-old local
James Holmes wanted to imitate Bane. He even wore a bullet-proof vest, riot helmet and carried a gas mask, rifle, and handgun just like the character in the movie. The suspect might have been wanting some attention, some love and care and like what Bane said "No one cared who I was until I put on the mask" but his crazy actions had brought an outrageous mass shooting and now, the world is mourning. Whatever his motives, he couldn't be easily forgotten and forgiven.
My deepest sympathy to the families and friends who lost someone in this horrible event and I hope for the fast recovery of those injured.
