Xavier Hubert Brierre, an innovative French photographer, went to Gabon, Africa with his wife for a wonderful experiment. Together with other people, they set up a mirror in various places in order to capture animals passing by.
The animals captured were leopards, monkeys, gorillas, elephants, baboons, and birds which had different reaction in seeing themselves in the mirrors for the first time.
The results are funny and amusing. The leopards, gorillas and birds attacked the mirror while the baboons and monkeys make faces and gestures and got amused with their own silliness. On the other hand, the elephant didn't seem interested.
