You could see that the father is lightening the mood by lip-synching along and mocking his daughter's screams in the next room.
According to the Kathy Sterner, their daughter is 6 years old and she had been in her room wigging out for about an hour, and there was no talking her down.Her husband decided to lighten the mood when she didn't stop squealing.
The respond of the father is epic and you can easily laugh at that moment.
This reminds me of my niece who has the same age who also throws her tantrum sometimes. This is just normal especially when we have a rough day. Everyone has his/her tantrum, it may be silent or wild.
