Beauty For a Cause: Simple Beauty Tips

Do you love your health? How about your skin? We all know that if our skin is not healthy, we don't look pleasing and we miss a lot of opportunities like being hired in a job we really want, being promoted, etc. So, what should we do to keep our skin healthy?

Here are some of my tested tips:
  • The best tool for a healthy skin is water. We have to drink 8 - 10 glasses of water a day. According to studies, this will help flush out toxins and will help in keeping all skin types clear. 
  • To prevent fine lines, always use sun glasses to protect your skin from the weather. 
  • Sun screen is essential for good skin health.
  • Eat plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
  • Cleanse, tone, moisturize.
  • SMILE - the best makeup!
