Last week, my prince's step mom asked me the number of NSO because she wanted to apply for a birth certificate. I suggested that it's better to apply online through Teleserv since we also don't have a telephone to call and there's no payphone in our area.

Rosa to apply for the birth certificate instead but we saved the reference number just in case the plan changed.
Ate Ruby decided to go to the "nearest" Metrobank (which is two rides from us) on Thursday. Since the instructions in paying on Metrobank is just easy and the process is fast, she went home early.
We were so surprised to receive the birth certificate on Saturday, 2 days after Ate Ruby applied for the document. Wow, that was so fast!

- Fourth, save the Subscriber's/ Reference/Account number. It's a 10-digit number. Don't forget to write or save it in a secured place because it is needed when you fill up the form.
