"24 Oras" reported on Tuesday, March 22 that stand-up comedian Tomas Gonzales II or better known as Tomas was found dead in his room Monday night. He died of a heart attack.
Reportedly, Tomas was supposed to have a show at The Library Bar on Tuesday but the scheduled program was turned into a tribute and benefit show for the stand-up comedian. His remains lie in state at the Galang Memorial Homes in Makati City.
Tomas was also part of the regular cast (together with Allan K and Eugene Domingo) of the weekly TV show "Comedy Bar" which airs every Saturday night on GMA-7 until his death.
