The first thing that caught my eye the time I log in into the net is the new look of Google, I mean just yesterday, today or the whole week. (Google doesn't change its look everyday, only when there's a special occasion, I think so. Pls correct me if I'm wrong). It's John Lennon's birthday. Google and Google Doodle celebrate his birthday by giving you his song Imagine.

John Winston Ono Lennon, MBE (9 October 1940 – 8 December 1980) was an English singer-songwriter who rose to worldwide fame as one of the founding members of The Beatles and, with Paul McCartney, formed one of the most successful songwriting partnerships of the 20th century.
He works for peace advocacy throughout his life. I found out that he was brutally murdered by a fan , on 8 December 1980 after he was shot four times by a fan, Mark David Chapman at the entrance of the building where he lived, The Dakota, in New York City.
